Although Meghnagar is an industrial area, people from other districts migrate in for industrial worker job. They bring their children with them. Education of the children has been affected and they have dropped. AVKS has been addressed the pertaining issue with community contribution.

The organization has established a education resource centre for teaching migrated children and link them to mainstream education. This year, 45 children were enrolled in the resource center. Apart from teaching, various co curricular activities viz. bal sabha, storytelling, poem and song competition etc have been conducted regular basis. Resource centre have been playing a positive role for immigrated children toward mainstreaming them with schooling.
